What is the return policy?

Due to the digital and/or custom nature of the products, we can't accept returns.  You can preview most designs with your info by clicking on the preview link on each product page.

 

What is the design preview?

You can preview most designs by clicking on the preview link on each product page.  Then you can customize the stationery design with your information to see how the design would look. The preview is watermarked and the watermark will not be removed. You can't download or save a preview.  The design you make on a preview can not be transferred a design you buy.

 

Will I get a Hard Copy of my Stationery?  Physical Stationery?

No.  Right now everything is digital downloadable stationery (aka a printable).

 

How do I get my item?

After you buy your item, you will be sent a link to edit it on Corjl. It can take 1-5 business days for you to receive your link, depending on how busy the season is.

 

How many times can I edit my stationery?

You can edit it as many times as you want.  Once you download, you can only make seven (7) downloads total for most items.  For RSVPs, only three (3) downloads. The stationery is only available for 180 days (about six (6) months). If you need more downloads or more time, you will have to buy the stationery again.  You will also have to customize your stationery (card, invite, etc) again.

 

Is there a limit on downloads?

Yes. You can only download your item seven (7) times for most items. After 7 times, you will have to buy the item again and customize it again.  For RSVPs, only three (3) downloads are available.

Your item is only available to you for 180 days ( about six (6) months).

 

How does this work? Will I get a download? Will you customize it for me?

After your purchase, you will be sent a link to your stationery (or links if you order more than one thing). You will need to go to the site Corjl and make an account.  Then you will be able to edit the stationery.

 

How do I customize my stationery?

Once you are at the link, you can read the instructions then click through to the design.

How do I save my Stationery?

To save your stationery you can click the save button on the left side box.  The save will save your design.
